On the Labor Resources Portal (hr.enbek.kz), from December 1, 2021, the Online Labor Consultant functionality was launched, which provides for the employer to undergo a self-examination of compliance with the requirements of labor legislation, including safety and labor protection issues. The details of digital control were spoken about at a briefing in the CCS by the Chairman of the Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerbol Nurgaliyev.
“The employer can turn to the service, which will replace the real labor inspector for him and will check the correctness of the planned or completed procedures in an interactive mode. If violations are identified, the employer will be offered recommendations and specific actions to be taken in order to eliminate them,” the speaker said.
To date, more than 4,000 people have passed the self-test.
