The second direction is vested with additional powers of the Mazhilis of the Parliament to control the activities of the government. This is manifested in the norm "the exclusive right of the Mazhilis to hear the report of the chairman of the Supreme Audit Chamber twice a year." The third direction is the creation of new institutions and the strengthening of mechanisms aimed at ensuring the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens,” the speaker explained.
