September 25, 2018 A press conference on the state and development prospects of the tourism industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at the Central Communications Service. Tourism today in the world is very important, where it occupies 10% of world GDP.
The Head of State instructed the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to develop a State program for the development of tourism in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2023 by January 1, 2019. Currently, the specified instruction of the Head of State is on execution.
