At foreign establishments of Kazakhstan in 52 foreign states, 65 precinct commissions have been formed.
To participate in voting, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have an active electoral right, live or stay for private, official, business and tourist purposes in the relevant foreign state and have valid passports of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, can apply to the diplomatic mission of Kazakhstan, under which a precinct commission has been created.
Voting at the foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 38 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" will be held on the day of the referendum (June 5, 2022) from 07:00 to 20:00 local time.
At the same time, for the timely and complete preparation of the voting process abroad, we ask citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to contact the nearest polling station in advance and provide data for inclusion in the voter lists.
