General information
RSI "Central Communications Service" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CCS) is a state information and communication platform, aimed at creating an effective mechanism for interaction between public authorities and society, as well as interaction between government agencies and the media in the information sphere.
The objectives of the CCS are:
- media planning and forecasting of the information agenda;
- development of media scenarios and media messages for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and government agencies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- implementation of operational current and anti-crisis information management mechanisms;
- coordination and support of actions of regional communications services;
- development of practical recommendations and technological solutions in crisis situations;
- organization and holding of field press events;
- preparation of analytical notes, reviews on development of information strategy, as well as directions of state information policy;
- coordinating media policy and building a unified information line of government agencies.
The CCS is an open expert media platform that supports any important civic initiatives. Speakers in the CCS are represented not only by government agencies, but also by political and public associations, foreign ambassadors, artists, youth and elders.
