In order to develop physical culture and sports in the Pavlodar region, an electronic calendar was created.
This was announced by deputy mayor of Pavlodar region Meiram Begentayev during the on-site press conference of the CCS.
“The goal set by the Head of State is to ensure that by 2020 the number of residents of the republic who regularly go in for physical culture and sports reaches 30% is implemented ahead of schedule in Pavlodar region. Today, the number of systematically engaged in physical culture and sports is 30.2% of the total population, ”he said.
According to the deputy mayor, an electronic calendar was created to ensure accessibility to sports facilities and to attract people to physical culture and sports.
“The calendar fills out and reflects the schedule of training sessions in various sports in all sports halls - these are the halls of general education, sports schools and clubs, as well as sports halls of colleges and universities,” he noted.
As Meyram Begentayev noted, anyone can use the electronic calendar service. On the official website of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Pavlodar region a link to access information is posted.
