“The expansion of the sports infrastructure plays a significant role in ensuring mass character among the population. Today, in the region there are 3482 sports facilities of all forms of ownership, including in the village of 1957, ”said the deputy mayor of Pavlodar oblast M. Begentayev during an on-site briefing of the CCS.
According to the deputy head of the region, last year 115 sports facilities were commissioned, including: 27 mini-football fields with artificial turf; 5 full-size football fields; 2 fitness complexes; 63 sports grounds streetwalk and outdoor fitness equipment; 14 universal inclusive sites; 2 multipurpose platforms with artificial turf; 2 hockey courts.
“Pavlodar region takes the 4th place in the republic by the number of people who regularly go in for sports. Following the results of this year, we plan to enter the top three, ”said M. Begentayev.
Particularly noted the speaker football fields.
"In Pavlodar region, there are 202 football fields, including 10 full-size football fields and 192 mini-football fields with artificial turf," the deputy head informed.
Full-size football fields are available in the cities of Pavlodar, Aksu, Ekibastuz, as well as in Bayanaul, Zhelezinsky districts and district centers Akku and Terenkol.
