Over 200 social facilities in the field of health, education, sports and culture were built in the Aral Sea region.
Akim of the Kyzylorda region Krymbek Kusherbayev spoke about the socio-economic development of the region at a press conference in the Central Communications Service.
For the last 5 years, the region occupies a leading position in the country in terms of budget expenditures on the social sphere per capita.
“Since 2013, over 200 social facilities have been commissioned - these are objects of health care, education, sports, and culture. For example, 49 out of 57 emergency health facilities were built in exchange, the rest will be built as early as 2019, ”the oblast akim noted.
Along with this, as noted by Kusherbayev, the problem of 3-shift education in schools was solved in the region ahead of time, the “Balapan” program was also implemented ahead of time - 100% coverage was provided with pre-school education and education of children aged 3 to 6 years.
In 2017, the issue of emergency schools was closed in the region, which at the beginning of 2013 numbered 37. At the same time, in the current year, 2 more schools in the Zhanakorgan and Zhalagashsky districts recognized the region as emergency. Currently the issue is under control and the necessary work is underway.
