The competition, organized for the fifth time, is attended by state museums, libraries, houses of culture, rural clubs and individual cultural organizations.
At the official opening of the festival, a congratulatory speech was made by the President of the joint-stock company "Kazakh Auenderi" of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, Galymzhan Otelbayuly, and the Head of the Department of Culture of the Turkestan Region, Azimkhan Koylybaev, who wished all the participants good luck and creative success.
“This event is traditional. Its main goal is to support workers in the field of culture and art.
This year, the Rukhani Kazyna-2022 competition has two features: the first is the participation of private cultural organizations and institutions. And secondly, we voted in the telegram channel to determine the venue for the festival. As a result, the holy city of Turkestan was chosen by a majority of votes. It is gratifying that high voting activity was demonstrated,” Galymzhan Otelbayuly thanked all cultural workers participating in the festival.
The qualifying stage in the regions was held until April 30, the best of them received tickets to the republican stage. And the republican competition will last until May 21. The jury members will evaluate the work of the participants within two days (May 17-18). In the field of cultural and leisure activities in the library "Farab", in the museum field in the center "Uly Dala Eli", in the field of cultural and leisure activities at the International University of Tourism and Hospitality, the best cultural organizations will be determined.
285 applications from 17 regions of the country were received to participate in the republican stage. Of these, 125 applications were for the library sector, 73 for museum affairs, and 87 for cultural and leisure activities.
The award ceremony is scheduled for May 21 at the Farab Library. The winners will be awarded with special diplomas and cash prizes.
