1. Introduce the following amendments and additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 1, 2006 No. 56 "On the National Commission for Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in the Regulations on the National Commission for Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the above Decree:
in paragraph 7:
delete the word "secretary";
Paragraph 13 shall be amended as follows:
"thirteen. Information, analytical and organizational support for the activities of the Commission is carried out by the relevant sector, which is part of the structural subdivision of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”;
as part of the National Commission for Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the above Decree:
before the line "Ramazanova Lazzat Kerimkulovna - deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chairman (as agreed)" add the following line:
"Balayeva Aida Galymovna - Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman";
the line "Ramazanova Lazzat Kerimkulovna - deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chairman (as agreed)" shall be stated as follows:
