On Wednesday, May 18, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov had a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.
During the conversation, the heads of government considered topical issues on the bilateral agenda, stressed the importance of building up trade and economic cooperation, industrial cooperation and regional interaction.
Alikhan Smailov and Mikhail Mishustin noted their readiness to deepen the strategic partnership in key economic areas of mutual interest.
