The forum is the largest global platform for discussing issues of international investment, and also develops strategies and solutions to global challenges in the field of investment and development, ”the speaker said.
As Arman Bekturova notes, within the framework of ISAR, analytical studies, annual sessions and seminars are held, and guidance documents are prepared to facilitate the implementation of international standards.
“In 2018, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the World Bank, conducted an assessment of government spending and financial accountability (PEFA). Arman Bekturova stressed that maintaining a favorable investment climate and stimulating the inflow of foreign direct investment in the country's economy is an important national task of Kazakhstan.
She also shared her further plans for improving the investment climate.
