The main share of falsification, according to the chief sanitary doctor, falls on dairy and oil and fat products (condensed milk, butter, soft cheeses, mayonnaise), where products with non-dairy fat content are sold under the guise of natural dairy products specified in the product names. stated on the label.
Thus, out of 444 samples of dairy and oil and fat products studied, 18.7% were recognized as falsified (the main share is made by manufacturers of the Russian Federation, France and other countries).
“In order to control the content by definition of residual amounts of antibiotics, more than 5.5 thousand samples of canned meat, sausages, poultry products, dairy products were investigated, of which 13 samples revealed an excess of the content of antibiotics of the levomecitin and streptomycin groups. For the detection of genetically modified objects in food products, 1065 samples were taken and investigated, 6563 studies were carried out by PCR method, 2 of them showed GMO lines exceeding the permissible levels of 0.9% (soy meat (China), soy milk (Thailand ), ”Informed J. As noted by Gendarbek Bekshin, the industrial groups of goods covered children's games and toys, perfumes and cosmetics, consumer goods, personal care products, household chemicals, products for children and adolescents, furniture and chemical products, materials in contact with food, as well as tobacco products. The percentage of the above non-compliant goods was 21.4%.
“In order to eliminate the revealed violations, more than 1992 orders were issued, 677 cases of administrative offenses were instituted, 151 court orders were issued, more than 19.6 tons of products were withdrawn from sales in trade enterprises, and fines totaling more than 56 million tenge were imposed, which doubled compared with last year (2017 - 24.6 million tenge), ”said J. Bekshin.
Recall the Committee, the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor, introduced temporary sanitary measures to prohibit the importation and sale of 6 types of tea, produced by Pakistan, in order to identify the presence of prohibited synthetic dyes, mold and yeast.
Bekshin also noted that according to the facts of dangerous products identified by the Committee on Public Health of the Ministry, in the current year the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan introduced temporary veterinary and sanitary measures against 13 manufacturers of the Russian Federation.
