“Every fourth resident works in the small and medium business of Almaty region. They produce almost a third of the gross regional product, ”said Almaty oblast akim Amandyk Batalov at a press conference in the CCS.
According to the head of the region, thanks to this, the volume of tax revenues increased by 1.5 times, that is, from 57 to 88 billion.
As Amandyk Batalov noted, this year the region made a commitment to open 100 new facilities of various capacities.
“Of these, 88 are open for 1,742 jobs. The state provides great support to entrepreneurs and creates all conditions for successful business, ”he stressed.
Since the information of the regional akim, as of today, within the framework of the “Business Road Map”, 209 entities received 4.4 billion tenge support, and therefore the extension of the program to 2025 has greatly delighted the entrepreneurs of Almaty region.
In addition, as the head of the region noted, under the program of productive employment in the Almaty region, 1,149 people received 5.5 billion tenge of microcredits.
“Of these, for support of start-up projects - 840 people for 3.8 billion tenge, for the implementation of projects of anchor cooperation - 43 for 395.1 million tenge, for business expansion - 266 for 1.2 billion tenge,” concluded A. Batalov .
