On October 30 in the capital Palace “Zhastar” the opening of the city festival of children's creativity “Balbөbek” will take place. This is reported by ortcom.kz with reference to the Department of Culture and Sports of the city of Astana.
The festival will be held in several stages within three days. Nominations of the competition: “Choreography”, “Pop vocal”, “Artistic word” and “Fine art”. Young talents from 7 to 17 years old are invited to participate. Applications are accepted until October 26.
The contestants will be judged by a competent jury. Evaluation criteria depend on the nomination. In addition to creative abilities, participants are expected to have an original approach and a memorable image.
Over the years, “Balbөbek” managed to become a favorite and recognizable competition in the capital. Several thousand small artists, dancers and vocalists won the hearts of the audience from the stage of the Zhastar Palace. Every year the number of people willing to take part increases significantly. Competition is growing, awakening in children the spirit of rivalry and the spirit of victory.
October 30 at 10:00 will be 1 qualifying round. October 31 at the same time will be 2 round. The solemn closing ceremony of the festival and awarding of the winners will take place on November 1 at 15:00.
