“Following the reporting period, 22,709 vehicles (including cars, trucks, bus vehicles, special vehicles and trailers) were produced in Kazakhstan with a total value of 140.9 billion tenge. Volumes of output in physical terms exceeded last year’s figure by 70.3%, ”he said.
As the speaker noted, for 9 months of the current year, the production of cars increased by 82.6%, reaching 21,137 units. Of these, 13,365 units. (63.2%) accounted for the share of AZIA AVTO JSC, and 7,772 units. (36.2%) was issued by SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP.
“The output of bus equipment (231 units) in January-September decreased by 1.9 times. The production of trucks (802 units) also decreased by 17.2%. The production of specialized vehicles increased from 144 to 151 units, trailers from 199 to 388 units, ”he said.
According to Oleg Alferov, according to the results of September 2018, 3,244 units of motor vehicles rolled off the conveyors of Kazakhstani enterprises, which is 2.2 times higher than the result of 2017 (1,503 units).
“Sales of domestic automobile plants since the beginning of the year reached 20,644 units, which is 58.2% higher than last year’s value (13,052 units). The market share of Kazavtoprom enterprises increased to 47.3% against 36.8% in the same period last year. Expenditures of residents of the republic for the purchase of locally produced cars amounted to 119.7 billion tenge - 59.6% higher than a year ago, ”he said.
