In the framework of the Astana AgroForum 2018, a Memorandum of Understanding, Partnership and Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Agriculture and the Association of Legal Entities “Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan”.
With the purpose of effective formation, coordination and implementation of state policy, based on the participation of civil society in solving the tasks of the Ministry.
The document was signed by the First Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Evniyev and the President of the association of legal entities “Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan” Asylbek Kozhakhmetov.
It is noted that this step is aimed at consolidating the efforts of state bodies and civil society in the framework of fulfilling the instructions of the Head of State in the annual message - a special project “Auyl - ate besigi”. The main goal of which is the modernization of the social environment of rural areas and the recognition by society of the high status of the working man in the countryside.
“For the full and effective functioning of rural areas, it is imperative to increase the level and quality of housing, drinking water, medical care, education, social and cultural infrastructure, roads, communications and other conditions. Representatives of relevant ministries, local executive bodies and leaders of civil society set themselves these and other tasks in the process of discussing prospects for further cooperation, ”the forum organizers said.
