Vice-Minister of Information and Communications Nurgul Mauberlinova opened the Astana digital forum within the framework of Astana Media Week.
“The age of digital evolution requires a profound transformation of the media. The global trend in this area is the digitalization of the media and the creation of an information product in new formats that will primarily meet the requirements of audiences. In my opinion, the modern media should unite the traditional so-called new media, that is, promptly deliver reliable information, while remaining a kind of communication platform, creating feedback from the audience. I think the forum participants will not be deprived of attention to this topic as well, ”N. Mauberlinova noted.
According to her, today active market participants feel new digital trends better, participate in their formation, adapt them to our realities.
“Here we can only welcome their process and, if necessary, provide support. On behalf of the IIC, I wish you fruitful discussions and a constructive dialogue, ”the Vice Minister concluded.
