Kasymbek said.
According to the speaker, in connection with the implementation of the housing program and the launch of concessional lending to the population, there has been a significant increase in investment in housing construction.
“This year, the Head of State in his Address set the task of bringing housing supply to 30 square meters by 2030. meters per person. All the conditions necessary to achieve this objective have been created, measures have been taken to improve the mechanisms of the housing and mortgage program. And if during 26 years of independence of our country we have built 1.1 million dwellings (approximately 40 thousand annually). In the 15 years of the implementation of the Nurly Zher program, we plan to build 1.5 million dwellings, that is, 2.5 times more, or 100,000 dwellings each. And thus, we will significantly resolve the issues of housing for our citizens, ”concluded Z. Kasymbek.
