“Akimats are building affordable credit housing at price parameters of 140-180 thousand tenge per square meter. Buyers are investors of the housing savings system, half of which are solvent waiting lists of akimats. This mechanism is in great demand among Kazakhstani people - a low threshold of initial payment, minimum loan rates. So, with the accumulation
in the House Construction Savings Bank for more than three years, 50% of the required amount, loans are provided at 4% per annum, it is quite affordable. There are also provisional and interim loans, ”said the Minister for Investment and Development of Kazakhstan, Zhenis Kasymbe, at a press conference in the CCS.

As the minister notes, today the amount of necessary savings has been reduced to 30% and our state employees, teachers, doctors, and civil servants who have stable income have got a good opportunity to purchase their own housing from the state through the housing savings system.

Recall, since the beginning of the implementation of this direction, akimats have entered 10,867 apartments and Baiterek Development JSC - 7,633 apartments.

In 2018, 141 projects of credit housing with an area of ​​560.8 thousand square meters are planned to be implemented by Akimats. meters or 9428 apartments. On September 1 of this year. sold 1544 apartments with an area of ​​78.2 thousand sq. m.
