The share of national cinema in Kazakhstan’s distribution has doubled from 6% in 2014 to 12.5%.
“We can say with confidence that today Kazakhstani cinema is on a special rise. In just a few years, the share of national cinema at the box office has almost doubled - from 6% in 2014 to 12.5%! Over the past three years, 20 art, 67 documentary, and 4 animated paintings have been produced by order of the ministry. All of them, about the history of the country, culture, traditions, modern achievements, historical figures, “heroes of our time”, ”said Vice-Minister Aktoty Raimkulova.
As the vice-minister added, the following will be released soon: “Elbasy Zholy”, “Kazakh Eli” - “Almas Gulish”, “Anaka aparar Zhol”, “Oralman”, “Unanbay”, “Amanat”, the next film of the cinema “Elbasy Zholy” Astana ”, historical films“ Kazakh Eli ”,“ Tomiris ”,“ Baluan Sholag ”, the feature film“ Zhenіmpaz ”, animated films“ Kultegіn ”,“ Mұzbalāk ”.
