The Vice-Minister noted that digitalization is associated with the introduction of medical information systems, the introduction of mobile health elements, the creation and implementation of artificial intelligence in terms of establishing diagnosis and management of treatment plans, and supplying a platform for informatization and ensuring interoperability of health information systems.

Olzhas Abishev stressed the importance of the E-health passport, which includes data from the results of the examination and treatment of the patient in the medical organizations of the country, including previously experienced chronic diseases, possible allergic reactions to medicines, dietary recommendations, diet and other.
