Responding to questions from journalists during a press conference in the CCS, Interior Minister Kalmukhanbet Kasymov said that by the end of September the case of the murder of figure skater Denis Tena would go to court.
“As far as Denis Tena is concerned, one criminal was released once by the court, once by the prosecutor, once by the investigator. The second offender was also released once by the court, twice released by the investigator. That is, they know, reconciled, immediately released, and then engaged in criminal activities. We charged two criminals under the theft, robbery and murder clause. A woman is charged for not reporting. The case will be sent to court by the end of September, ”Kasymov said.
Recall, the attack on the skater Denis Tena occurred on July 19 in Almaty. From stab wounds to the thigh, the athlete died in the resuscitation of the Central City Hospital.
