“To facilitate public access to the services provided, most of the services are automated and provided through PSCs (together with the Government for Citizens), special PSCs, and the Migration Services Centers, which operate in Astana, Almaty, Shymkent. The extraterritorial principle of providing some services has been introduced. “Now citizens, regardless of their place of residence, in any region of the country, can receive a passport, an identity card, a driver’s license or register a car through the PSC,” the speaker informed.
These and a number of other innovations will allow the Ministry of the Interior to provide public services to the public at a qualitatively new level.
