“We are announcing the start of the“ Leader of Ecology and Green Economy ”competition among organizations and citizens supporting environmental initiatives, as well as implementing projects related to environmental improvement, the use of“ green ”technologies, etc.,” the press conference in CCS Chairman of the Board of the Association of Environmental Organizations of Kazakhstan AYAL Aigul Solovyova.
She informed that it is possible to take part in the competition in the following nominations: 1) Eco akimat; 2) Eco entrepreneur; 3) Eco production; 4) Eco city; 5) Eco institution; 6) Eco personality; 7) Eco volunteer.
“The goal of this competition is to find solutions to environmental problems by uniting the potential of the state, civil society, science and business, and implementing joint projects,” the speaker said.
The winners will be awarded in December 2018 in Astana, as part of the first environmental forum.
