The Ministry agreed on the delivery schedule of “social” fuel oil for the heating period in the amount of 312 thousand tons. at a price of 70 thousand tenge per ton, which is sent to the regions, ”said the Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan Kanat Bozumbayev.
He added that 3.4 million tons of coal and 79 thousand tons of fuel oil have been accumulated in the fuel depots of power plants, which generally corresponds to the standard volume. Prior to the start of the heating season, the coal standard will be created at boiler house No. 2 in Kokshetau - a balance of 7 days at a rate of 20 days. At the boiler houses in the centralized heat supply area, 1.1 million tons of coal has been accumulated, or 84% of the plan and 25 thousand tons of mazut, which is 18% of the plan.
Kanat Bozumbayev noted that it is necessary to increase the pace of coal preparation in North Kazakhstan (16% of the plan) and Pavlodar (51% of the plan) regions, and fuel oil - in Akmola (2% of the plan) and Karaganda regions (9% of the plan) .
“For 8 months, Kazakhstan produced about 70 million tons of coal, which is 4.6% more than the same period last year (66.9 million tons). 6.7 million tons of coal were shipped to municipal needs and to the population in 8 months, which is 101.5% over the same period last year, ”concluded K.
