To participate in the program "7-20-25" the minimum total monthly family income must be at least 120 thousand tenge.

“The program“ 7-20-25 ”is a preferential mortgage on the principle of repayment and is intended for working Kazakhstanis who are not included in the category of socially vulnerable groups of the population,” said the Chairman of the Board of JSC Mortgage Organization Baspana in the Central Communications Service during the press conference on the implementation of the program "7-20-25."

At the same time, he recalled that the state helps with housing and socially vulnerable groups of the population, by distributing rental housing through akimats within the framework of the “Nurly Zher” program.

“Our firm position is that the program should not generate dependency attitudes among citizens,” said the Chairman of the Board of JSC Mortgage Organization Baspana.

He also said that according to calculations, the minimum aggregate monthly family income for participation in the program “7-20-25” is 120 thousand tenge.

The speaker noted that the participating banks are independently responsible for the return of funds to the state.

"They issue a mortgage loan only to those applicants who were able to confirm their income and are able to service the debt for the entire loan period," he explained.

Applications are accepted by 7 partner banks: Bank Centercredit, ATFBank, Tsesnabank, Bank RBK, Eurasian Bank, Halyk Bank and Forte Bank.

It should be noted that as of September 11, 2018, according to the “7-20-25” program, applications from the population were received in the amount of 27 billion tenge. Banks approved the issue of about 18 billion tenge. The number of approved loans in August exceeded twice the July figures.
