Of these, banks approved the issuance of about 18 billion tenge. The number of approved loans in August exceeded twice the July figures, ”said K. Altynbekov.
At the same time, he said that in the context of the regions, the number of participants 7-20-25 are leading the cities of Almaty and Astana, as well as the Mangystau region. In Aktobe, East Kazakhstan and Akmola regions there is also a positive trend in credit growth.
Recall, the program “7-20-25” was developed in the framework of the implementation of the Five Social Initiatives, voiced by the Head of State on March 5, 2018. The program approved by the National Bank at the end of May provides for the issuance of mortgage loans under the following conditions: interest rate - 7% per annum, down payment - 20%, loan term - up to 25 years.
