“Program 7-20-25 officially works since July 4 of this year. Now we can say that the program is of increased interest among the population. The number of calls to our partner banks is growing every day. The main conditions of the program are known to all. This is 20% down payment, the annual rate is 7% and the extended loan period is up to 25 years, ”said Kairat Altynbekov, Chairman of the Management Board of Baspana Mortgage Organization JSC.
If we talk about the portrait of the client "7-20-25", then, as noted by Kairat Altynbekov, this is an active part of the population aged 24-40 years old, with a permanent official income. The average cost of housing purchased under the program is 12 million tenge. At the same time, the share of those citizens who take housing at the maximum amount of 25 and 15 million tenge, depending on the region, does not exceed 7% of the total. In this regard, we do not have a stir or demand from customers regarding the increase in the maximum amount of the loan.
