At the Digital Bridge Forum, promoting the ideas of digitalization and the 4th industrial revolution, the first in Kazakhstan in the field of digitalization Digital Bridge Awards will be presented.
“The award will determine the winners in the following nominations:“ Best Digital Initiative ”,“ Best Office of Digitalization ”and“ Best IT-company ”. We did not develop strict selection criteria so that as many organizations as possible could take part in the competition. But, of course, for each nomination we have preferences for selection. For example, according to the “Best Digital Initiative”, we mostly prefer projects that solve actual problems - especially social ones - and justify the relevance of the project with real, high-quality arguments. Here, an important criterion is the economic effect from the project implementation, ”said the Vice-Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dinara Shcheglova.
She noted that in the nomination “Best IT-company” preference was given to projects that create a product of domestic development. The achievements of the teams, sales geography, partnership with other companies, R & D activities are important here.
Within the framework of the presentation of Kazakhstan's innovative potential, start-up projects that are based in the technopark will perform. Young developers will demonstrate their projects and explain the support and role of Astana Hub as a tool for the development of IT start-ups.
