The launch of the radio electronics factory KazTech Innovations LLP with a capacity of 10 thousand electronic devices per year was held yesterday with the participation of Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev during a teleconference dedicated to the Day of Industrialization.

In addition, the President personally presented the company with the Altyn Sapa-2018 award in the nomination “Best Innovative Project”.

"Our plant is a full-cycle production facility and is located on the territory of the PIT Alatau FEZ of the city of Almaty," said the director of the company, Tairzhan Balbaev. “Today we are developing six projects, and we have received preliminary orders for our products from 70 countries of the world. Orbi glasses are especially popular.

The plant is equipped with modern equipment with numerical program control and includes metalworking shops, additive technologies, production of composite materials, plastic and silicone casting, installation of radio-electronic products, and an electroplating coating shop.

KazTechInnovations has its own design bureau, which consists of high-class specialists who own advanced technologies and who have the most up-to-date computer equipment on equipment. The bureau's specialization is the development of electronic devices, mechanical design, prototyping and modeling processes.

"Our designers design various products, making calculations using special programs, complete them, carry out tests," the director of KazTech Innovations said.

One of the well-known and successful projects of the company is Orbi glasses, which allow you to shoot 360-degree video for up to 90 minutes. Using the built-in Wi-Fi transmitter, it can be sent via the Internet or posted on social networks. Shooting is carried out using four FullHD cameras. The combined image from all cameras shows full panoramic content in up to 4k quality. And even looking through the footage from ORBI Prime, the user can fully immerse himself in the atmosphere from the shooting location and, moreover, manage the first-person review as if he were an acting hero.

Another project - SESS bracelets (electronic tracking system) can save the budget up to 131 billion tenge for 10 years of use.

“Bracelets provide continuous monitoring of controlled persons through their remote identification and automated collection, as well as processing data on their compliance with the obligation to restrict movement. At the same time, the communication range with the base is up to 30 meters, the bracelets are equipped with a three-level system of protection against attempts at removal or opening, and the duration of work from one battery is up to 3 years. The bracelet keeps working in the range from - 40⁰С to + 60⁰С, it is moisture-proof and shock-resistant, ”said Tairzhan Balbaev.

In addition, the company has designed a small-sized tactical unmanned aerial vehicle that will allow aerial photographs of the terrain in the visible and infrared ranges, and it even works in difficult climatic conditions.

“Another of our projects is a soft airship, which allows us to monitor the terrain from a static point with minimal operational skills and maintenance procedures. The system consists of an aerostat filled with gas, a surveillance camera, a load cell sensor, a control unit and a data transmission channel, ”said the director of the company.

They invented a company and a security robot on wheels. He is able to move independently around the object and stop at pre-determined points of the route that are optimal for observation.

Among other projects of the company are a mobile target of an unmanned aerial vehicle, an electric buggy designed for covert movement over rough terrain, a forward edge conveyor, “Run-fl at”, which is used in the production of automobile tires so that even after a puncture of the wheel to continue to move, the unrolled unmanned observation point rotary-type aircraft, hexakopter, digital antenna array, and others.

“In partnership with developers of devices, software and communication companies, we have developed and offer a comprehensive platform for the Internet of Things, which allows us to implement various M2M / IoT projects,” added Tairzhan Balbaev. “We provide the infrastructure for organizing data collection, storage, processing and analysis for the needs of housing and public utilities, Smart City and Smart Home projects, autonomous parking lots, tracking for mobile objects, security and health systems.”
