Since the beginning of the year, Karaganda commodity producers have been issued 12224 certificates of origin. This was told by the expert of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region Gulbarshyn Bekisheva.

At present, goods of Kazakhstani origin are actively exported not only to neighboring countries, but also abroad. With many of them, Kazakhstan has concluded free trade agreements, according to which mutual privileges are granted for customs duties on trade.

“The certificate of origin of goods is a document testifying to the country of origin of the goods and allowing the exporter to use preferential customs duties or get rid of them. It is of two types - for internal circulation and for export. Today, the transition to an electronic format of filing an application for obtaining a certificate of origin of Kazakhstani goods (TPS) is underway. To submit an application, it is necessary to register on the site https://doc24.kz/, ”explains the expert of the regional chamber of entrepreneurs Gulbarshyn Sharlatbaevna.

Also, this year, the National Palpaty has been working on the issue of excluding the mandatory procedure for the examination of the origin of goods, which was time consuming and costly for the entrepreneur. Specialists of the regional chambers analyze documents submitted by exporters. And in case of compliance with all standards established by law, a certificate will be issued within 1 working day.

For internal circulation, a certificate of the form "ST-KZ" is issued. In the presence of a certificate of origin of goods of the form ST-KZ, an entrepreneur who has the status of a domestic commodity producer has several advantages over other manufacturers. As a rule, it is used by commodity producers to participate in tenders, to enter domestic producers in the register and to sell products on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As for certificates for export, they come in several forms. The form “ST-1” is issued for export to the CIS countries, “Form-A” - to the EU countries, the form “ST-2” - to the countries with which Kazakhstan has concluded free trade agreements, the form “ST-1 93god” - to Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, the “EAV” form - to Vietnam.

“Since the beginning of the year, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs has issued 12224 certificates, of which 11670 for export and 654 for internal circulation. Speaking of exports, most of the certificates of origin of goods were issued for exporting our products to the CIS countries, which is almost 70%, the rest of the countries of near and far abroad, the expert continued.

If we talk about exported goods in the context of countries, the Karaganda commodity producers supply wheat, flour, bran, meat and much more. In general, the year 2018 was a success for Karaganda exporters. For example, on November 12, 20 tons of frozen lamb worth 20 million tenge were sent to China. Meat for export was provided by 200 farms of the Karaganda region, and the certificate of conformity was issued by the Chamber of entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region, respectively. Now Aray KZ LLP is preparing a second batch of products for shipment to China. Specialists of the certification department and the success of the export-oriented project “Processing of mare's milk by the sublimation method” of Eurasia Invest LTD. Today, sublimated milk is used not only in Kazakhstan, but is also exported to America, Europe, and China. In particular, the company has entered into agreements with partners from the Russian Federation and Hong Kong.
