From mid-January, a peak rise in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infection and influenza is expected, the chief health officer, Gendarbek Bekshin, warned about the expected second wave of influenza and influenza-like diseases, ortcom.kz reports.

There are no borders for these infections, because they can start in the incubation period, then it spreads like a wildfire, ”said Gendarbek Bekshin during a press conference in the CCS.
He asked those who have symptoms of catarrhal, viral diseases during the expected rise in influenza to limit visits to crowded places in enclosed areas, and also to use masks.
