Land plots will be issued to the waiting list for 10 hundred square meters of land, only after the necessary infrastructure is supplied. He added that today infrastructure projects are being carried out to 40.5 thousand sections of individual housing construction, of which about 16.5 thousand sections have already been prepared for the waiting list.
As the Minister noted, in 2018 from the republican budget for the arrangement of engineering communications to the areas of housing development, including the areas of individual housing provided 49.0 billion tenge. Under the financing plan, akimats received 24.3 billion tenge. According to the operative data of the local authorities, 22.3 billion tenge or 91.9% were mastered The annual amount to be allocated in the amount of 80 billion tenge from 2019 increased to 100 billion tenge.
At present, infrastructure projects are being implemented in up to 40.5 thousand IZhS plots, of which about 16.5 thousand plots have been issued.
