First, around 50 large enterprises will create SME belts. This will increase the income from entrepreneurial activities for business representatives.

For example, only one glass factory in the Kyzylorda region will create a belt of SMEs around itself from 8 mini-factories for the production of fiberglass, car glass, glass souvenirs, glass containers, glassware, glass wool, ultra-thin glasses for smartphones. A similar approach will be applied to existing enterprises and new projects.

“Second, the localization of new industries for 19 types of demanded industrial goods, this applies, first of all, to the oil sector. The launch of 4 factories in this industry will create a related production of pipes, pumps, containers, bottled products, geotextiles, refrigerators and air conditioners - 37 domestic producers. That is, these are companies that are located abroad so that the money remains with us in Kazakhstan and we have the opportunity to create new jobs. Thirdly, the modernization of the manufacturing industry has been launched by creating new industrial industries of 5-6 redistribution in specific industries - pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, IT technology and the petrochemical industry. Everyone understands that Kazakhstan is at the 3-4 level of redistribution, so the task of processing will be one of the main components and an opportunity to increase the wages of those people who will work in these companies,” the speaker noted.

Modernization will make it possible to overcome dependence on imports through the production of domestic goods and subsequent exports.
