What is planned:

1. introduction of a public register of corrupt officials into the system of anti-corruption measures with the definition of clear mechanisms for including and excluding persons from it;

2. regulation of the identification and settlement of conflicts of interest in the civil service and in the quasi-public sector;

3. introduction of criminal liability for the promise/offer of a bribe;

4. improvement of legal mechanisms of responsibility for failure to take measures to combat corruption;

5. strengthening the liability of legal entities for committing corruption offenses;

6. increasing the statute of limitations for corrupt administrative offenses;

7. attribution of some articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses to administrative corruption offenses;

8. amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses in order to join the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Commercial Transactions. and a number of other questions, which will be available on May 13.

These advisory documents will be posted on the Internet portal "Open NLA" for public discussion, as well as on the Agency's Internet resource.

The term for discussion of consultative documents is fifteen working days and will last until June 2 of the current year.

The Agency appeals to citizens with a request to take an active part in the public discussion of the advisory documents.
