“This year, on the basis of SK-Pharmacy, a centralized purchase of medical equipment worth more than 20 million tenge will be carried out. For the transparency of the process, purchases on the portal of the electronic financial center are carried out automatically. Since 2023, it is planned to introduce long-term contracts on the terms of localization of production in the Republic of Kazakhstan to equip medical equipment in priority areas. Currently, negotiations are underway with foreign and domestic manufacturers,” the speaker said.

Giniyat noted, that the instructions of the Head of State, aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of medical care to the population of the country, are under special control of the ministry and their execution will be ensured within the specified time frame.
