Manufacturers of sushi, cream and confectionery, pizza and other home-based businesses that work on the ordering system belong to a high risk area. So says the head of the public health committee, Gendarbek Bekshin, who advises not to trust unreliable sellers on the Internet.

“Street fast food today offers a wide variety of hot and, most importantly, inexpensive dishes: shawarma, samsa, belyashi, as well as salads, which can be quickly eaten and then again run about their business. The risk of poisoning, unfortunately, is always there, because in such tents it is difficult to trace the raw materials from which dishes are prepared. For their preparation often use frying fat (reusable), which exhibits carcinogenic properties. Including use and margarine. To buy such food on the streets is dangerous in any case, ”said J. Bekshin at a press conference in the CCS.

According to the speaker, such food presents an increased risk of poisoning.

“The fact is that it is not always fresh raw materials, high-quality sauce, which is made on site, meat is not always well-roasted, or vegetables and greens for salads are washed. Such food certainly represents an increased risk of poisoning. This is an increased microbial number, bacteria contamination of this product, because they are not always fresh, poorly stored, often the sellers do not even have the conditions to wash their hands, and they need to prepare food and accept money from the buyer, ”Bekshin informed.

Along with this, the chief sanitary officer believes that the delivery of home-made food by order from social networks to the house can turn into a great nuisance.

“Now this kind of trade has appeared when advertising for you via Instagram, chats, ads at entrances is offered home food. This is a very dangerous type of trade. It is necessary to demand that they have permission. As a rule, these service providers prepare at home. And in what conditions? We do not know. They may not comply with the personal hygiene and commodity neighborhood of raw and finished products.
